My professional tone has ceased.
The phone is no longer ringing nonstop.
This is the end of my work day.
Now, I have time to reflect!
Did I treat my customers as though they were signing my pay check?
Was I professional and polite to my co-workers?
Or did I scheme and plot to make them look bad, while I stood out as the best CSR on the block?
Did I become upset when my work was constructively criticized, or did I take it all in stride, knowing
that I can learn from my mistakes?
Did I treat everybody the way that I would like to be treated?
At the end of the day, we all have to realize that one thing is certain; we will certainly reap what we sew.
Sooner or later, today, tomorrow, or years down the road, our actions and decisions will return to us.
Whatever we sent out will come back to us in full force. It is best to sew good and let the devil reap
all of the bad!
